Deep Stretch

Whether your muscles are sore from a workout, or you’re just in the mood for a low-impact session, this class stretches you out in a perfect way.

Beginner Yoga

Whether you’re newer to yoga, or just want to keep your practice simple, this class is for you. We highlight posture, and combining breath with movement.

We offer classes 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, with morning, afternoon, and evening options.

FatGirl Yoga began in 2017 with a vision for making yoga practices accessible and COMFORTABLE for people of all shapes and sizes.

No bending into a pretzel if your body doesn't work that way. No one gawking at you if you don't wear a size 2. No mirrors. Just you, your body, and what feels good for you.
